Constance Hotels and Resorts launches the 13th edition of the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival.
The chefs from Constance Hotels and Resorts and a selection of Michelin stars from around the world gather at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice as part of the 13th edition of the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival.
The kick-off of the activities planned for this festival will be given on Sunday, March 18th for a closing on Saturday, March 24th with the award ceremony.
The star chefs who will take part in this 13th edition are chef Andrea Camastra from Warsaw’s Senses Restaurant, Italian Ugo Alciati, who is at the Guido restaurant in Serralunga D’Alba, Italy, the British chef Mark Kempson, the Kitchen W8 of London, Czech chef Olda Sahajdak of La Degustation restaurant in Prague, Arnaud Viel, chef of La Renaissance French restaurant and German chef Michael Reis of Johanns restaurant.
This year, among the many activities offered as part of this festival, there are four culinary classes, two led by food critic and French blogger Mercotte, including one in the company of the Best Young Pâtissière of France 2017, Anne-Sophie Bercet.
Another culinary class will see the participation of French chef doubly starred Patrick Bertron, successor of Bernard Loiseau at the restaurant of La Côte d’Or in Burgundy, France. The winner of the 2017 Deutz Trophy, Keishi Sugimura, chef of Le Benaton restaurant in Beaune and vice-world champion of the pie 2013, will also offer a culinary class.
