Disaster narrowly missed as cargo plane lands in Istanbul

Istanbul, Turkey – A cargo plane travelling from Shanghai to Istanbul narrowly missed disaster after the Boeing 747 cargo plane was found to have holes at the rear end just above the wheels.

Initial reports by technicians at the Istanbul International airport concluded that the plane travelling from Shanghai Pudong airport to Istanbul International airport had damage at the bottom of the cargo plane just above the wheels caused by the tires.

The Boeing 747-400 ERF model Cargo plane owned by Chinese company “Jade Cargo” travelled 8000 Kilometers from Shanghai to Istanbul where the damage to the plane was noticed.

Plane technicians are currently assessing the damage to the plane to see if it is repairable for further flights.

Some disruptions were caused by the damaged plane after grounds staff at the Istanbul International Airport closed the lane in which the Cargo Plane landed to search for any debris that might have fallen.
