The union for dispatchers at PSA Airlines said Friday that it has reached agreement with the company on a 5-year labor contract that includes raises and retention bonuses.
The Transport Workers Union and PSA had negotiated for 25 months and received help from a federal mediator. The union said a ratification vote was scheduled for early next week.
PSA operates regional flights for US Airways Group Inc.
Detailed terms of the contract were not disclosed, but the union said it includes improvements for workers in holiday pay and a grievance procedure.
It is the first contract since dispatchers voted in 2007 to join the transport workers. Shares of US Airways Group fell 8 cents to $3.57.
