Israeli Minister of Trade and Industry Benjamine Bin Eliezer starts an official visit to Turkey next Monday in a bid to improve bilateral relations.
The Israeli minister would arrive in Istanbul on November 23 and meet with the Turkish and Israeli pressmen, said the Turkish N.T.V. network.
Bin Eliezer is expected to leave for Ankara on the second day of his trip to met his Turkish counterpart, Mehemet Zafar Caglyan and other officials on means to enhance bilateral relations.
The visit gains significance because it is the first by an Israeli official after the tense that marred the two sides’ relations lately.
